Runaway and missing children are highly at-risk of being trafficked as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children estimates that 1 in 7 runaways were likely victims of sex trafficking.

  • SIA gathers intelligence and evidence to locate and identify missing children and trafficked victims, violent pedophiles (pimps), and trafficking locations. The Law Enforcement Liaison reports all information to local and/or federal law enforcement officers.

  • Saved in America currently has over 30 operators; all licensed and insured Private Investigators consisting of former Navy SEALs, Marine Recon Raiders, British SAS, and retired Police Officers. In addition, SIA has an Executive Director, Legal Director, Case Manager, Community Outreach/ Events Coordinator, Training and Child Rehabilitation Director, Social Networking Investigator, Licensed Drone Operators and State Licensed Firearms Instructors.

  • Since our initial operation in December 2014 Saved in America has performed 137 successful child recoveries (out of 137 cases). The approach and techniques used by Saved in America help guide the rest of the nation on how to stop child sex trafficking before it happens, by focusing on runaway and missing children.

  • Saved In America has taught it’s investigative techniques to the Human Smuggling & Trafficking Center, Washington, DC, Licensed Investigator Associations in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama, and, for the Naval Special Warfare Command in Coronado, California

  • Provide a well-trained faculty and staff that teach all basic curriculum areas while maintaining high standards of student achievement and quality of instruction.

  • Encourage students to become creative and innovative problem-solvers in preparing them to deal with everyday life.

  • Encourage students to love, care for and respect the rights, diversity, individuality and uniqueness of others and work effectively with them.
Polaris is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization that works to combat and prevent modern-day slavery and human trafficking. National Human Trafficking Hotline by calling 1-888-373-7888

  • For the past 10 years, Polaris has run the National Human Trafficking Hotline, working on some 40,000 cases of trafficking.

  • Since 2007, Polaris has operated the U.S. National Human Trafficking Hotline, which provides 24/7 support and a variety of options for survivors of human trafficking to get connected to help and stay safe.

  • Through a network of nearly 4,000 partner service providers and trusted law enforcement, trained hotline advocates take tips of suspected human trafficking from community members and help survivors build plans so they can safely leave their situations or get the help they need to rebuild their lives.
  • The National Hotline can communicate via phone in more than 200 languages through a translation service, as well as text, webchat, email, and webform in English and Spanish.

  • The National Hotline is operated by Polaris and funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and other donors.

Founder, John Pachivas of Florida, has been blessed with a great family and two wonderful children that attended Holy Cross Lutheran School North Miami.
Pachivas, has enjoyed promoting events at a young age and has experienced the ups and down's of event risks and rewards
Pachivas, is an alumni at St. Thomas University in Miami Florida and has acquired a BA in Organizational Leadership and later acquired his MA. in English Ed. TESOL-Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.

Pachivas studies charities that serve and protect children that lean towards rescue results with law enforcement. Charities deeply, aggressively involved in high risk-rescues, abduction, and human trafficking prevention- align well with Children Not Forgotten charity. Giving your gifts and donations serve these causes.

Local schools play a strong supportive role in Children Not Forgotten charity events, Christian donors are primarily responsible for the success of our holiday Christian events. We bring communities together through collaboration and community participation.
